Jona Perteshoni Takes First Place In The Recycling Competition “A new life for the bottle” In Kosovo

In 2020, BONEVET organized a creative recycling competition called “A New Life for the Bottle” as part of its educational program, focusing on recycling and its benefits. The initiative, aimed at engaging the youngest members of BONEVET’s Project-Based Learning program, encouraged participants to imagine, explore, and create new ways to reuse plastic. The competition was open to all BONEVET members and attracted significant participation. Using plastic as the primary material, participants added creative decorations to their projects.

Entries were judged based on originality, utility, functionality, and aesthetics, with various awards given to participants. The competition’s educational goal was to inspire further development of recycling ideas and projects. Jona Perteshoni won first place and was awarded an Arduino KIT, which will allow her to pursue her passion for electronics and create practical, functional works.

Jona expressed her excitement about the competition, describing it as a fun and self-aware challenge that inspired her to continue exploring creative projects. She thanked the BONEVET team for their support and encouragement.
